1) Registration 

Registration is free but compulsory. Please do register even if you will not present a talk or poster.

(2) Health pass

There are currently no covid restrictions in France. Should this change, we will follow all government mandates. More information is available at the ministry website. 

(3) Lunch

Lunch and coffee breaks will be provided on both days. 

(4) Conference venue

The meeting will take place at the Toulouse School of Economics (TSE) building located near Place St. Pierre. It’s a 10-minute walk from the Capitole, Compans-Caffarelli, or St - Cyprien metro stations. 

(5) Accommodation

We recommend booking accommodations in the city center (e.g., Capitole, Jean Jaurès, Jeanne d’Arc, Compans-Caffarelli) or along the Canal de Brienne (i.e., L’Hôtel de Brienne is especially close to the TSE building). 

(6) Travel

By train: You can book a train to Toulouse-Matabiau station here.  

By plane: More info on the TLS airport’s website here. From the airport, you can buy an airport shuttle ticket for 8,50 €, which departs every 20 minutes and arrives at the city center in approximately 15-20 minutes. More information is available here.
